SWISS APEX WARRANTY INFORMATION
1. Warranty Coverage
Swiss Apex ("we", "our", or "us") warrants to the original purchaser ("you" or "your") of Swiss Apex backpacks and luggage ("Product") that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This warranty is valid only for Products purchased directly from Swiss Apex or authorized retailers.
2. Warranty Claims
2.1 To make a warranty claim, you must contact Swiss Apex Customer Service within the Warranty Period and provide proof of purchase in your name (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).
2.2 Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, Swiss Apex will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective Product, or provide a refund for the original purchase price.
3. Exclusions
3.1 This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents, misuse, or abuse
- Improper storage or handling
- Modification, alteration, or repair by unauthorized persons
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or environmental conditions
3.2 This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, such as scratches, scuffs, or stains, that do not affect the functionality of the Product.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 To the extent permitted by law, Swiss Apex's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective Product, at Swiss Apex's sole discretion.
4.2 Swiss Apex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Product, even if Swiss Apex has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. How to Obtain Warranty Service

You may be required to return the defective Product to Swiss Apex for inspection and evaluation.
6. Governing Law
6.1 This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Broward County, Florida, USA., without regard to its conflict of law principles.
